Mr. Hubbard has expertise in investigation, remediation of soil and groundwater contamination, Fate and Transport modeling, geostatistical analysis, and human health and ecological risk assessments. He is experienced working with modeling tools such as closed-form solutions, BioScreen, BioChlor, PentoxSD, WASP4, and Screen III. He has been called upon as an expert witness and has extensive knowledge of state and federal standards for soils and groundwater remedial actions. Mr. Hubbard leads KEY's programs for emerging contaminants such as PFAS, PFOS, and dioxane.
