All of our employees are oriented into the KEY safety culture. They understand the safety concerns of our clients' facility operations, active construction activities, site setting, and the potential weather impacts. Our initial HAZWOPER and ongoing training include topics such as:

All employees understand from onboarding to worksite and even to home, safety is valued to ensure not only our employees well-being but our clients, contractors, and families are kept safe.
Our safety manager evaluates key performance indicators (KPI's) and incident investigation and review. KEY participates with several of the safety "clearinghouses".
