Mr. Zou is experienced in civil design, remedial design and geotechnical analyses. He has been instrumental for the permitting of numerous commercial development projects. His work also includes oil and gas site development, landfill remedial design, CCR unit closure, and construction oversight. He is proficient in Civil 3D and provides expertise in HydroCAD, Hydraflow Storm Sewers and HEC-RAS. He has been a leading role in KEY's technical development in site design and water resources modeling.

Brownfield Remediation

  • Developed plans to transform former gravel quarry to a clean fill facility

  • Prepared HEC RAS analysis to determine impact on floodplain

  • Designed subsurface infiltration system to manage stormwater to achieve a no outflow scenario
