Mr. Bayer has worked on a variety of civil design projects, including land development and cap designs. He provides HydroCAD analyses and reporting. Mr. Bayer is experienced with construction oversight for slope repairs and cap installations. His modeling experience includes CAD and Slope/W. He is also our resident expert on Pittsburgh Pirate baseball.
