Former Coal-Fired Power Plant

  • Supported transition from seller to buyer at an operational Coal Plant

  • Completed Environmental Due Diligence of the property including a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment

  • Reviewed engineering cost estimates for the closure of coal and CCR storage areas

  • Provided direct support for permit transfers and review of air, NPDES, regulated tanks, and miscellaneous permits

  • Oversight of chemicals and tank cleaning/removal and waste management

Brownfield Remediation/Redevelopment

  • Oversaw monthly NPDES sampling and site inspections
