New Production Line
Pennsylvania

• Ground Penetrating Radar Study
• Subsurface Investigation
• Phase II ESA

A confidential client retained KEY to perform a subsurface geotechnical investigation and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). Additionally a Land Development Plan Application was developed for an industrial production line at a manufacturing facility in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. The footprint of the new production line will be approximately 25,000 square feet. The site of the new line is located over a "footprint" that dated to the 1870s. The geotechnical investigation characterized the subsurface strata and determined the presence of historic foundations. A Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Study was performed to augment the intrusive activity. KEY prepared a complete set of Land Development Plan drawings for approval by the county. This included preparation of a Post-Construction Stormwater Management Plan and NPDES permit application.
