Ms. Fromme specializes in property assessments, regulatory compliance, investigations, and risk assessment. Her typical projects range from ASTM Phase I ESAs for small property transfers to due diligence for industrial liability transfers. She managed the sampling program for a Superfund site in Illinois that included an entire town of over 400 homes where mining spoils had been placed in yards and play areas. She developed sample collection and monitoring protocols now followed by KEY’s sister company, FTS. Ms. Fromme enjoys mentoring younger staff.
