Mr. Kurincak is a Staff Engineer with experience in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, construction oversight for remediation activities, wetland delineations, stormwater mapping, and road weight limit studies. He provided QA/QC for installation of 40-mil HDPE liner at the largest fly ash impoundment in the country and conducted site reconnaissance for multiple Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in the state of California. He was also involved in the decommissioning process of a coal-fired power plant in Ohio.
