KEY understands many states manage their brownfield redevelopment activities differently. We have experience on challenging sites impacted with contaminants toxic to both sensitive ecological and neighborhood settings and have a proven track record in meeting the regulatory requirements that allow for redevelopment. This has included, for example site in densely populated cities such as Columbus, OH; Staten Island, NY; Houston, TX; and others.
