Administrative Assistant - Full Time
Carnegie, Pennsylvania 15106
Primary responsibilities include working with project team members to type, design, edit, copy and assemble project correspondence including letters, reports, proposals, presentations, charts, tables, graphs, etc.
Other responsibilities include filing, copying, answering phones/door, arranging travel accommodations, and other administrative functions.
Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
Ability to work with others in a collaborative environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 7 (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
Experience assembling digital documents in Adobe Acrobat
Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus (Photoshop and InDesign)
